Shipping policy

• USA: 3-5 Working Days
• Europe: 4-6 Working days
• FREE REST OF WORLD: 7-10 Working days 

PROCESSING TIME 

Orders are processed on the same day If the order is placed before 10:00 EST. After 10:00 EST orders are processed the following day and any orders made on a weekend will be processed on Monday morning. 

SHIPPING PROVIDERS 

We only use trusted providers and all of our items are sent fully insured with the tracking number provided. All orders are shipped  via Fedex or DHL.

TRACKING

After purchasing all orders will be provided with a tracking number via email and/or text.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES 

We ship to most countries around the world and the vast majority of orders arrive with no extra charges to be paid. In the rare instance that an order arrives and there are charges including but not limited to customs taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses relating to the importation of goods and compliance with your specific local laws all expenses are exclusively the responsibility of the customer. Please always check with your local authority to see whether there will be additional charges before purchasing.

MISSING ITEMS OR ITEMS NOT RECEIVED
